Note on painted body parts

These are new goods, painted in the specified color code.

Despite careful quality control, minimal optical deviations due to transport, storage, or production can occasionally occur on painted body parts, especially on edges, corners, mounting points, or peripheral areas; these may occur, but are not necessarily present.

Such deviations are generally minor and do not significantly affect the function or the overall appearance of the part.

We deliver our goods with the utmost care and offer our customers a particularly strong price-performance ratio.

Note on the right of withdrawal

Insofar as the ordered part is painted in the color code selected or offered by the customer only after receipt of the order, this constitutes a custom-made product according to customer specifications. For such individually manufactured and not pre-fabricated goods, there is no statutory right of withdrawal according to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

Especially with used or older vehicles, the existing original paint can change over time due to UV radiation, weather, and care.

A newly painted component may therefore optically deviate slightly from the existing vehicle paint.

Such minor, technically not completely avoidable differences do not constitute a quality defect.

Note on transport:

Painted surfaces are sensitive. Despite careful packaging, minimal optical traces due to transport or handling cannot be completely excluded. These do not constitute a defect and do not affect fit or function.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
