Insofar as the ordered part is painted in the color code selected or offered by the customer only after receipt of the order, this constitutes a custom-made product according to customer specifications. Especially with used or older vehicles, the existing original paint can change over time due to UV radiation, weather, and care.

A newly painted component may therefore optically deviate slightly from the existing vehicle paint.

Such minor, technically not completely avoidable differences do not constitute a quality defect.

Note on transport:

Painted surfaces are sensitive. Despite careful packaging, minimal optical traces due to transport or handling cannot be completely excluded. These do not constitute a defect and do not affect fit or function.

Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
